Before visiting your home, our associates undergo a double interview process. Each potential employee, whether caregiver, nanny, or homecare concierge, must have great references, pass our integrity and competency tests, complete the on-site orientation and submit to a random drug screening and a multi-level criminal background check.
All of our associates are bonded and insured for your safety and peace of mind. Once we begin serving you, our staff is continually well-supervised to ensure your complete satisfaction.
