Traci Goudy is a dedicated RN, who is the owner of Homecare By Design. As a member of the team, she contributes her knowledge and passion, as well as over 20 years of success and experience in senior services. Traci works hand in hand with each of her management team, the in-home care staff as well as clients, their family and area businesses.

Rae Lee Martz is the Agency Manager with 12 years of significant experience in a variety of challenging work and management environments. Rae Lee manages the day to day internal operations of the agency, is in charge of the staffing and scheduling copentents of the agency and manages client billing.

Kelley Sheridan is the Community Liaison for Homecare by Design. With her dedication, the team builds strong relationships with the surrounding community and area healthcare providers by sharing agency programs and services. Kelley shares enthusiasm with the clients and caregivers, also committing to quality marketing, promotions, and customer service.

Stephen Woodall is the Creative Media Director, also finishing up his Masters in Computer Graphics Technology at Purdue University. He works to help maintain the website, assists with various marketing tools, and focuses on incorporating social media and interactive multimedia into the company's operations.
