Professional Background
Kelley worked as a financial and payroll specialist in Operations at Frito Lay in Frankfort for 23 years.  It was during this time that Kelley had the personal experience of becoming the primary caregiver for her Mother who had cancer, and after her Mom's passing, she knew in her heart that she wanted to pursue a career in senior care. From her experience with her Mom as well as her Grandmother, Kelley knows firsthand the benefits of receiving personalized homecare, in the privacy of the home.

Kelley is truly driven to share agency programs and services to our community, area healthcare providers and other organizations. Kelley was promoted from within the organization because of her exemplary customer service and desire to spread the agency's mission and passion. She serves Homecare By Design as the Community Liaison. Kelley is also one of the agencies Care Designers, who specialize in matching the client needs with that of agency staff, while creating a personalized plan of care for each of unique client. Kelley recognizes the importance of matching clients and caregivers to find just the right relationship that both with enjoy and prosper from.

It is Kelley's love of others, excellent customer service, attention to detail and a kind heart that ultimately lead to her promotion.
