Professional Background

Traci Goudy is the owner and administrator for Homecare by Design. She is a registered nurse who graduated from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing. After graduation, Traci started her career as the clinical director at Rosewalk Commons Assisted Living. While there she assisted in the opening of the area’s first stand-alone assisted living community through the management of an in-house licensed home care agency. Her role included supervising up to 40 employees, including C.N.A.’s/Home Health Aides and licensed nursing staff.

Due to Traci’s overwhelming success in senior living and care services, over the next 10 years she moved onto other high management positions at other assisted and retirement communities including; Executive Director of GreenTree assisted living and Director of Sales and Marketing at University Place. Later Traci opened an in home care agency with a business partner as her first step in business ownership that eventually lead to the final step in her career as sole owner and founder of her own agency, Homecare By Design. Her responsibilities as part of the Homecare By Design team include: leader over business growth and development, education of in-home care services to community, responsible for compliance with state regulations for in home care agencies, management of business relationships and oversight of the agency management team.
