Traci Goudy, Founder and Owner
Traci Goudy is a dedicated RN, who is the owner of Homecare By Design. As a member of the team, she contributes her knowledge and passion, as well as over 20 years of success and experience in senior services. Traci works hand in hand with each of her management team, the in-home care staff as well as clients, their family and area businesses.

Rae Lee Martz, Agency Manager
Rae Lee Martz is the Agency Manager with 12 years of significant experience in a variety of challenging work and management environments. Rae Lee manages the day to day internal operations of the agency, is in charge of the staffing and scheduling copentents of the agency and manages client billing.

Choosing Our Staff

Before visiting your home, our staff undergoes a double interview process. Each staff member must have great references, pass our integrity and competency tests, complete the on-site orientation and submit to a random drug screening and a multi-level criminal background check.

All of our associates are bonded and insured for your safety and peace of mind. Once we begin serving you, our staff is continually well-supervised to ensure your complete satisfaction. Associates are given on-going additional training and education to promote our program of high standards and excellence.
