Homecare By Design is locally owned and operated by Traci Goudy, RN, a long-time resident of Lafayette, IN. Traci has more than 20 years experience working with seniors and literally thousands of area residents and their families. Traci co-founded another local homecare agency with a business partner in 2003 after successfully opening 3 area assisted living and retirement communities, all in key leadership positions. Her commitment to her community and excellence in care eventually led her to open her own private agency that focuses not only on the care of the senior but also that of the family. Drawing from her early experience working with children and families both in nursing realm and the school system she developed an agency that meets the need of every member of the family.  Quality help in the home is essential in today's hustle bustle world and with the help of Homecare By Design, families can get more done in less time, so they can grow stronger and healthier despite the demands of a busy life.
