Concierge Services
Homecare Concierge: someone who acts as a personal assistant to make special arrangements or accommodations for clients in a specialized and personal way unique to the individual served.
Concierge services may include these or similar type services:
- coordination of social calendar (keeping our clients active and involved)
- help in maintaining social activities
- coordination of appointments (medical, business, personal)
- transportation (safe, convenient)
- mail sorting (minimize risk of "scams" by discarding "junk" mail)
- letter writing
- making reservations (hair salon, party planning, dinner outings)
- assistance with bill paying (set up a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly program to make bill paying simple again; a safe and convenient way to protect your finances)
- assistance handling business affairs working with your existing attorney, CPA, investment advisor or banker; or referring to appropriate services, if needed
- organization and storage of important documents
- helping to downsize your home
- help in organizing your home
- assistance preparing for a move
- arranging and coordination of in home services (plumbers, snow removal, lawn care, handyman)
- pet sitting or taking your pet to the groomer or on walks
- house sitting (we will check on your home while you are away for a worry-free stay away!)
- referrals to preferred providers to meet individual needs or situation
- care team services; to help people stay on top of the care/services provided to their loved ones, possibly from other providers like nursing homes, home health programs, assisted living, retirement communities are especially nice for those seniors whose children live out of town
- assistance in researching and finding housing and other programs for your loved one to meet their particular needs
- referrals to Medicare and other federal and state programs when appropriate for your loved ones care
- other services to individual preferences
