Nannies in Training
We are so proud to announce our first 10 Nannies have completed our company training program. Although most of our Nannies come with many years of child care experience already, our agency insists on excellence, so we have them undergo our own training program. We designed our training and development with Purdue University, so we can be certain of their knowledge base and skill level in each area.
We also use this time to evaluate their personality and personal style. These things combined help us best match our Nanny with the, "just right family for them". We believe that relationship is key and we want our parents, grandparents and/or guardians of the little tikes we care for to feel 100% confident, so they can have the peace of mind they deserve, to lead their busy lives with style!
