The Governor's Task Force on Alzheimer's Disease has been charged with developing a State Plan for Alzheimer's.  The Task Force has met in March and April, and will meet the last Friday in June, July, August, September and October.  They are pleased to announce that a survey tool is now available to gather statewide input.  Please take a few minutes to complete the survey, and share the website with friends, clients, students and any organizations/individuals you think would be interested.
